Warzone Lockwood 300 Shotgun Update

The Lockwood 300 has always been a formidable shotgun in Modern Warfare 2, but a game-changing update in Warzone 2 Season Six has transformed it into a one-shot powerhouse. Thanks to a new attachment, the Lockwood 300 now stands among the top choices in the shotgun meta for multiplayer.

The Maelstrom Dual Trigger is described as a “cold hammer forged dual-trigger that fires both rounds simultaneously with devastating results.” While this means more frequent reloading, the payoff is significant – the ability to take down enemies with a single shot, making the trade-off well worth it.

In response to community feedback, a recent update has been deployed in Warzone to address concerns surrounding the Maelstrom Dual Trigger Attachment on the Lockwood 300 Shotgun. Players will no longer be able to utilize this attachment in public Playlists, although it will still be visible in the Gunsmith.

This decision aims to maintain fair and balanced gameplay, ensuring a level playing field for all participants. The development team remains committed to refining the Warzone experience and appreciates the ongoing support and engagement from the player community.
